Estijabah Foundation for Humanitarian Aid and Relief launched the project of digging the Well of Shahid Al-Wajeb Abdulaziz Muhammad Al-Rashidi in Wadi Al-Namir, Directorate Aryaf Al-Mukalla in Hadhramout Governorate.
The project is funded by Sheikh Abdullah Al-Nouri charity society in the State of Kuwait and consists of a pump, solar energy, a tank and a water network.
From his part, the Director-General of Directorate Aryaf Al-Mukalla, Mr. Ahmed Suleiman Al-Akbari, praised the efforts of the State of Kuwait and the Estijabah Foundation in presenting this project in Directorate of Aryaf Al-Mukalla, which suffers from a great shortage of projects, and this project comes to benefit more than 300 people from the region.
From his part, the Director General of the General Authority for Rural Water Projects praised
Eng. Zaher Muhammad Bakhwar, with the quality of the project and its perfect and integrated delivery, which will contribute to providing drinking and agricultural water for the people of the region.
Engineer Salem Bawazeer, managar of the Hadramout Office Estijabah Foundation , confirmed that this project comes within the corporation’s plans to intervene in the water sector, as the corporation will work to implement similar projects in the near future.
